90% of public health products have qualified disinfection effect

Consumers often go to hotels, cultural and entertainment venues to drink tea, and beauty-loving women go to hair salons to change their hairstyles from time to time. How about the disinfection of bedding, wine glasses, barber tools, towels and other supplies and appliances used by consumers in these public places? The reporter learned from the district CDC a few days ago that from the sampling results of the first quarter, the pass rate of disinfection effect of public appliances was 90.98%.
 
It is understood that from January to March this year, the Wanzhou District Center for Disease Control and Health Supervision carried out regular hygienic sampling monitoring on the indoor environmental sanitation and the sanitation of public health supplies and utensils in urban public places. A total of 196 public business units were monitored, including 99 hotels, 25 cultural and entertainment venues, 55 barber and beauty shops, 13 public bathrooms, 2 shopping malls and bookstores, and 2 restaurants.
 
The monitoring results show that 623 items of indoor environmental sanitation indicators were monitored, and 516 items were qualified, with a pass rate of 82.83%; 743 public health supplies and utensils were sampled, 676 of which were qualified for disinfection effect, and the pass rate for disinfection effect was 90.98%.
